Rates are CTS's standard EDU rate card for the 2025-26 fiscal year, the same rates used in our charter-school proposals.

Two base IT packages (Essentials or Total Care), plus two cybersecurity layers (Protection and Advisory) you can add to either one. Most charters CTS works with run TCP plus MCP.
A quick scope clarifier so the numbers in the calculator below make sense. The packages above are recurring managed services. Hardware, repairs, and project work are billed separately.
Per-unit pricing. Devices with motherboard failures, liquid damage, or extensive physical damage are recommended for replacement rather than repair.

Out-of-scope work is billed at our standard T&M rate, quoted per engagement: low-voltage cabling, major migrations, custom integrations, bespoke training. All T&M work is scoped and approved in writing before it starts.
Website maintenance and CMS content updates aren't part of our standard EDU packages. CTS can support specific one-off tasks (Squarespace edits, posting documents, theme tweaks) on a T&M basis, but for ongoing website / marketing work we typically recommend a dedicated CMS or web partner. Happy to talk through what makes sense on the call.
Defaults below are CTS's best estimate for Uncharted Shores based on public data. Adjust any number that doesn't match reality. Totals update as you type.
ESS skips per-user and per-student-device pricing (it assumes you have internal IT handling tickets). TCP is all-inclusive.
First day each month is included with the package. After that, the per-day rate kicks in (rate depends on how many days you book).
